Hi there Neal,

I`ve been follower of your blog and your work in general for a long years (first time writing) .Just the amazing things that you do:-) however about the black foamy thing i still don`t get it .When you shoot with is it TTL or manual flash because all the picture that I saw was with a flash head turned aside.(to get the short lighting)and also equally amount of light when the distance from subject is the same to flash.
If you will to give me some explanations.
P.S Not sure if I saw it already somewhere in your blog.
